Privacy Policy
Effective: July 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Snoke Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Snoke Labs”, “we”, “us”), handles information in connection with the website at snokelabs.dev (the “Site”). The short version: this is an informational website, and we collect as little as possible.
01Information we collect
The Site has no user accounts and no sign-up forms. We collect only:
- Correspondence. The contact form on the Site opens your own email client — nothing is submitted to or stored on our servers. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send (typically your name, email address, and message).
- Server logs. Like most websites, our infrastructure records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and operational purposes.
02Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party tracking cookies on the Site. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, kept in local storage on your own device. It never leaves your browser.
03How we use information
We use the limited information described above only to:
- respond to messages you send us;
- operate, secure, and maintain the Site;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
04Our products
Snoke Labs products — including HabitArc, Noted, and SociVai — are separate services with their own privacy policies, which govern the data you provide when you use them. This policy covers the Site only.
05Data retention and security
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain business records, and routine server logs are retained only for a limited period. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including TLS encryption in transit — to protect the information we hold.
06Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. As we hold very little, the fastest path is simply to email us and ask — we will honor legitimate requests promptly.
07Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
